Manchester City, called Sky Sports, West Ham refused a request to borrow striker Carlos Tevez.

This stems from the Champions League match between City and Bayern Munich, 27 September. It was Tevez fall in reserves and, according to Roberto Mancini, declined when asked to play.

According to reports in England, the City is considering to break the Tevez contract is still valid until 2014. By law Football League, Tevez could be removed only on loan until the next transfer window in January or the end of the season.
