"Making up those" Zakat, Can?

Ask:
Assalamu'alaikum

During my work first with revenue of about USD 1.3 million to run for four years I've never even issued a zakat tax. Frankly, I'm still not much understand the Islamic religious sciences. Can I pay the zakat that now? How much would I have to pay zakat? Thank you. Wassalamualaikum (Woro)

Sisters of mercy of the Almighty
Zakat is mahdho worship (worship of implementing guidelines set by Allah and His Messenger) that is required of every Muslim. Where the property which they have been until nisab and haulnya, they are obliged to tithe even though they have not puberty age or status as an orphan.

Regarding the people who left the payment of zakat either because
deliberately, forgotten, or for failing to learn and ask whether
they fall within the payment obligations? the answer does not fall
while they have the discretion to pay for it. In principle fiqhiyah
stated:

"Al-an-naasi Jaahilu wa at-tarki hukmuhaa fi al-'aamid hukm: People
do not know the law, or those who forgot, the ruling in left
[Obligations] with people who deliberately. "(See Imam Ash-San'ani,
Subulus Salam, 1 / 55). That is, leaving a liability (tarkul required) since forgotten or never knew the law as the law with people who deliberately leave liability.

This obligation shall not fall, good for people who forget to do it, or who do not know the law or deliberately left him.
If we forget the mandatory tithe to making up those of his (fabricated), despite the passing of the specified time while you still have the flexibility to perform the prayer.

Similarly at other compulsory execution, such as forgetting to pay the debt,
forgot to make a living for his wife, forgot to hire employees, or forgot to do
prayer. For that, we shall implement it in time we remember. Wallahualam.

Calculating Zakat earnings there are two ways by Sheikh Yusuf Qardhawi
1) For those that have a high income may be applied directly to 2.5 percent
of gross salary. Example: 2.5 percent x Rp 3,000,000 = Rp 75,000 per month or
USD 900 000 per year.

2) For those who have barely enough income, the calculation made after the cut off basic necessities. Zakat is calculated from the 2.5 percent salary cut after basic needs. Example: USD 1.3 million income with basic needs USD 1 million.
Thus, 2.5 percent x (USD 1.3 million-USD 1 million) = USD $ 7500 per month or USD 90 000 per year.

If you want fetched charity four years ago, with the assumption
The second count on the Zakat, then Zakat amount per year is
USD 90 000 x 4 = USD 360 000.

Proof that Islam is a religion of ease and give keleluasan to the followers can be seen through the tithe that accomplished if we are able. Allaah ta'ala a'lamu. (Team Wallet Dhuafa)
