JAKARTA. PT Panin Tbk Financial formerly PT Panin Life Tbk still waiting for the return of life insurance licensing permission from the Capital Market Supervisory Agency and Financial Institution (Bapepam-LK).

Panin Financial Vice President, Tri Djoko Santoso said, the file submitted to the regulators is complete. "We have not asked anything, I think it's no problem," he said.

Tri Djoko said, the audit process from Bapepam-LK has been completed around April. When the audit is completed, the new entry stage
return authorization. "We just stayed just wait. If it's the name of the company, we're officially changing the name," he explained.

PT Panin Life Tbk has officially changed its name to PT Panin Finance Tbk. Then Grace Panin Life, a subsidiary of Panin Life also has used the name Panin Life. Panin Life will focus on working on life insurance, while Panin Financial will be working on business consulting, management, and administration.
